Terms of Service

These terms describe the use of the Mulan Jade website and the purchase of products from our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Product information

Jade is a natural, non-standard material. Color, texture, translucency, inclusions, and minor variations are part of its character when disclosed in the listing. Please review the exact listing, measurements, treatment disclosure, and available documentation before purchase.

Before custom or resized work

Before custom work begins, please read the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Confirm your address, email, phone number, bangle size, and custom requirements before payment and design confirmation. Private custom pieces and bangles enlarged to a requested size are not automatically returnable or refundable due to dissatisfaction or change of mind.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may contact you to verify information or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, pricing contains an obvious error, or transaction details cannot be verified.

Shipping and address changes

Orders are typically dispatched within 4 business days after payment and confirmation of your shipping address, contact details, measurements, and any custom requirements. This processing period may include bangle size adjustment, polishing, quality inspection, and arranging a Chinese jewelry certification report. Custom or high-value pieces may require additional time, and we will contact you if a delay is expected. SF International transit is approximately 7–15 days after dispatch. Because parcels travel from China to the United States, an address change after dispatch may be impossible or may cause delay and extra charges.
