Natural Jade Characteristics Disclaimer & Purchase Notice

Natural Jade Characteristics Disclaimer & Purchase Notice

Our jadeite products are natural, non-standard materials. Natural jade can have unique color, texture, translucency, mineral lines, inclusions, cotton spots, internal fissures, and slight surface or measurement differences. These characteristics are normal when disclosed in the listing and are not defects or damage.

Please review all exact product photos, videos, measurements, treatment disclosures, and available documentation before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the natural characteristics of the exact piece.

Quality issues

We inspect every product. If an item arrives with an undisclosed quality issue, damage, or is incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. Do not return it before receiving written instructions. This notice does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

Custom orders and bangle resizing

Private custom pieces and bangles enlarged to a requested size are custom work and are not eligible for automatic return, exchange, or refund due to dissatisfaction or change of mind. If a sizing or fit concern arises, email us at mulanjadeus@gmail.com so we can review it case by case.

Before ordering custom work, please read the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, and confirm your address, contact details, measurements, and custom requirements.
