Shipping Policy

We ship from China to the United States using SF International and prepare each order after payment details and order information are confirmed.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 4 business days after payment and confirmation of your shipping address, contact details, measurements, and any custom requirements. This processing period may include bangle size adjustment, polishing, quality inspection, and arranging a Chinese jewelry certification report. Custom or high-value pieces may require additional time, and we will contact you if a delay is expected.

Transit time

SF International transit to the United States is approximately 7–15 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may vary because of customs, weather, carrier operations, destination conditions, or signature requirements.

Confirm your information before payment

Please confirm your full shipping address, email address, phone number, and—when applicable—your bangle size before placing the order. Because the parcel travels a long distance from China to the United States, we may be unable to change the address after dispatch. A change request may cause delay, extra charges, or failed delivery.

Tracking

After dispatch, we will upload the tracking information to your Shopify order page as soon as available. Where supported, tracking may also be reflected in your PayPal transaction or order details. You can also use the official SF International Waybill Tracking page to check your shipment. If you need help using any of these platforms, contact our customer service team.

Duties and taxes

Any duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs fees assessed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
