Shipping & returns at a glance.
- Processing and dispatch: typically within 4 business days after payment and confirmation of your order information. This may include bangle size adjustment, polishing, quality inspection, and arranging a Chinese jewelry certification report.
- SF International transit: approximately 7–15 days after dispatch; estimates are not guaranteed.
- Confirm your address, contact details, and bangle size before payment. Address changes after dispatch may be impossible.
- Private custom and resized bangle pieces are not automatically returnable or refundable due to dissatisfaction or change of mind.
- Quality issues, damage, or incorrect items must be reported promptly with photos or video; wait for written instructions before returning.
- For approved dissatisfaction, sizing, or fit returns, the customer pays return shipping unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- After dispatch, track your shipment through your Shopify order page, PayPal where supported, or the official SF International Waybill Tracking page.
