Please read this policy, our Privacy Policy, and the product details carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the material, measurements, condition, treatment disclosure, documentation, shipping terms, and return terms for the exact item.
Before you place a custom order
Before any custom work begins, you must carefully review the linked policies and confirm your shipping address, email address, phone number, bangle size, and all custom requirements. Custom work starts only after payment and design or sizing details are confirmed.
Custom and resized pieces
- Private custom pieces: Pieces carved or made to your requirements from a rough stone are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because the work uses dedicated time, labor, and material. Once production begins, the order is final, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Bangle size enlargement: Enlarging the inside diameter or circumference of a jade bangle is custom work. Resized bangles are not eligible for an automatic return, exchange, or refund due to dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Natural and non-standard jade
Jade is a natural, non-standard material. Natural color variation, texture, mineral lines, inclusions, translucency differences, and other characteristics disclosed in the listing are not defects. Please review the exact photos, videos, measurements, and the Natural Jade Characteristics Disclaimer before purchase.
Quality issues, damage, or incorrect items
If an item arrives with a quality issue that was not disclosed, is damaged in transit, or is incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video. We may accept a return or provide another remedy after review. Do not send anything back before receiving written return instructions.
Fit and sizing concerns
If a custom or resized piece is not suitable because of a sizing or fit concern, email us at mulanjadeus@gmail.com so we can discuss the situation. Any return must be approved in writing before shipment and does not create an automatic refund right.
Return shipping
For an approved return caused by dissatisfaction, change of mind, sizing, or fit, the customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and related costs unless we agree otherwise in writing. For a confirmed quality issue, damage, or incorrect item, we will confirm the return arrangement with you in writing.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and carrier fees are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to your order.
